What to do with calorie level
Jordan just to clarify something. When you realize you have got a bit to chubby and decide to go on a cut/recomp for a bit would you immediately drop to the recommended calore range in TBAB or would you take it slower by say 100 cals or so?
This is not meant for someone that is trying to cut in a hurry just somebody looking to trim some fat.

I would do it more slowly since we know the starting input and do not need to start at an arbitrary number.
