Started Starting Strength program today.
Have been undecided whether to try something from Dan John or Starting Strength - opted for Starting Strength as no thought required on what I had to do to start the program
Squat - 45 kg 3x5
Press - 25 kg 3x5
Deadlift - 65 kg 1 x5
Bodyweight 77kg

No Strength training until Tuesday.
1 1/2 hours of Karate today and a very slow and easy jog of 30 minutes - not much faster than a walk really!

Tuesday training as expected was easily achievable- as it should be at the start of a novice cycle.
Squat 50kg 3x5
Bench Press 40 kg 3x5
Deadlift 70kg 1x5
I'd love to follow along...how do I convert to lbs?
Had a few extra days off from training due to working long hours - desk job so not physical.
Anyway, back in the gym...
Squat 55kg 3x5
Press 27.5kg next
Deadlift 75kg 1X5
Chin ups bw 3x4
The downside of today is I have eaten a lot of junk food. I need to follow a sensible approach to eating.
