    currently running 4 day TM split. Log will be in lbs.

    Sunday: bench intensity, press volume, LTE
    Monday: squat intensity, power cleans, barbell rows
    Tuesday: Prowler
    Wednesday: press intensity, bench volume, dips
    Thursday: deadlift, squat volume, chins
    Friday: Prowler

    Current macros: P: 220, CHO: 400, F: 100

    The bar seems to be getting forward on my ascent during squats. I was really focusing on trying to maintain my back angle and drive the bar straight up but videos are indicating that the harder I try to stay back, the more the bar wants to go forward.

    I'm going to the seminar in October to, hopefully, get it sorted out. I have a feeling it's a pretty well ingrained habit.
