The first time I did strength training was about 6 years ago, in my early 20s. I did SL5x5 and one of Rip's program variants, I think it was the Wichita Falls Novice Program. I trained and ate for about a year and went from 63kg-73kg. My squat on the first workout was 40kg for reps and my PR by the end was 105kgx1. Deadlifts were about 130, bench press PR was 102kg at one point from memory.
I ended up taking up Muay Thai and cut a bunch of weight for a fight and never gained it back.
I'm here to do the program.
Goals are;
145kg 1rm squat
130kg 1rm bench press
180kg 1rm deadlift
40kg 5rm wtd chin ups
Body weight increase up to 80kg and I'd like to be at least 77kg lean, in the morning, with fairly empty guts.
I'd also like to be able to weighted dip with my own body weight hanging from me for a single rep, but that may have to wait until I have room for it in my training schedule.

All lifts have stalled. All I have been doing is eating, sleeping and doing the fucking program.
