So I've been lurking around the forum for a while, figured I'd start posting my lifts online to get feedback/encouragement. Quick background: I'm 25 years old. Found out about SS from a family friend. Starting running a linear progression for two months May-early July this summer. Made some progress, had a big reset in the squat from some sort of really bad "twinge" that resolved when I bought some lifters and a belt. Started doing cleans but wasn't able to rack them correctly as the weight increased (in my mind due to weird anthropometry but quite possibly due to form), so I switched to power snatches half way through.
May 2016 starting lifts:
Bodyweight: ~ 190#, 6'1"
Squat 155x5x3

Pulled sumo because that's how I'd always pulled (felt more natural when I started lifting broscience style several years back). Was lazy and didn't want to learn something new. Didn't take my diet as seriously as I should have and didn't eat enough.
Then I took 2.5 weeks of leave, got married, started a new job, took another 10 days of leave and didn't train much until the start of Sep. My life finally settled down and I started training again after a big reset. Decided I'd do the work to learn to pull conventional, and try my damndest to keep my bodyweight moving up.
