48 years old here. Ran the program throughout the summer, got busy, quit doing the program. Thought I would start a journal for some accountability. I am 5'8 and 260 so if anybody has some tips with that situation, I will appreciate it. when I quit DTFP, my linear progression was at:

    Squat: 230 3x5
    Press: 115 3x5
    DL: 265 1×5
    Bench: 185 3x5
    Clean: 115 5 x3

So, with 2 months off, where do I start? Any advice here would be welcome also.

In all, looking forward to DTFP and reporting out here.

    Welcome back to SS!

How about after warmup do about 50-60% of the previous PRs for sets of 5, and if you can do these with good form and bar speed, keep adding another 10lb until speed and/or form degrade. Then finish three sets and move on to the next lift.
