I've doing the Nivixe program for a little while and making good gains. Have stalled a little in a couple lifts. Want to incorporate using a prowler for conditioning during a couple days a week. I usually push it around the neighborhood with the kids on it. I'm good for about 10-15 minutes if back and forth 25meter pushes before I'm smoked. Are there any good workouts someone recommends?
