Starting Strength
Im 31, 5'4" 176lbs.. Lifts going up, currently SQ@277.5, BP@227.5, P@140 all at 3 sets of 5 and DL@320 1x5, PC@140 5x3.. Deadlift is whats getting tough and its low.. Monday hitting SQ-280, P-142.5 and DL@325!!! Excited!!!!!
