    Coach,

    Concerning Michael Rutherford's ME Blackbox article from The Performance Menu (http://www.performancemenu.com/zen/i...products_id=61), when adding in an ME day into the CF rotation (CF-ME-CF-Rest) would you recommend his blackbox template, an SS day, or a 5x5 day instead?

    Do any of your athletes incorporate an ME day into CF, and if so, how?

    If you want to do Rutherford's workout, do it like he suggests. He's worked with it extensively, he's a damn good coach, and he knows what he's doing. If it doesn't work for you that way after an honest shot, experiment with changes and see what happens yourself. These things are not graven in stone, and you might learn something from trying it several ways yourself.
