    Hello, Happy New Year.
    I figured I'd start a log to kick off the new year.
    I've reset all my numbers to take into account the loss of training time due to the holidays and a few stomach bugs. I'm starting from scratch with the original LP and I will move along to the different templates as I exhaust the gains in each template.
    The goal is to get to 500.

    12/31 SSLP
    B/W 204
    Squat 315 3x5
    Press 160 3x5
    Deadlift 315x5 (double overhand grip PR)
    Deadlift 365x5

    1/8/17 (The gym was closed yesterday due to the "snow")

    Kroc Rows 2x21@ 85 (accessory for grip)

    Moving on to the 4 day TM split as defined in PP3.
    V/I won't be needed for squats for another few weeks.

    Squat 325 2x5 (Fast, relatively explosive)
    PC 200 3x3 (lower back is shot)
