    Practicing paused singles for push/pull competition on 2/4

    1/27 F
    2x3 Squat @ 325. Originally attemping 5RM, felt like max triples.
    Deadlift singles @ 380/380/365/365/365 for push/pull comp.
    Farmers carries w/ 2 plates.
    Weighted sit-ups.

    3x10 LTE @ 15/side
    Mobility work. Elbow pain recurring.

    2/23 R
    This was a pretty fucking crazy day. Attempted to do a 3RM Press @ 140, hit one and felt like true ME. Elected to do singles. Lost consciousness after completing second single, was able to partially rerack bar while coming down. Woke up on back on floor. Felt fine after a couple minutes. Have never had anything like this happen before.
    So, 2 press singles @ 140
    3x6 bench @ 185
