Training after "meet"
Soo I've fot my first meet this Saturday (<74kg class). It's all official but it's a "beginners" meet so the focus is on getting the experience of a meet.
I've been running LP since December pretty consistently, except for the last 1.5 weeks
. Last Monday I did singles for my openers (sq 130kg, DL 150kg, BP 85) and Wednesday did 80% for doubels on squats and pushes. No pulling.
I'd wonder if there are any recommendations for the week after, recover or back off to a certain % or am I overrhinking and just continue LP....

Ease back into training the week after the meet with lighter workouts on Wednesday and Friday. Try and get back to where you left off the following Monday
