You did tell me to report back in four weeks, how about five.

The knee pain/soreness went away, back to the occasional pains. I have not been doing the program, but have gotten in about ten sessions over this period, 125 squat today, 70 press, 225 DL, steady gains each session (I've retained a lot more of my 300 DL PR than my 275 squat PR, but I like pulling a lot more, too). I'm surprised by how little soreness and tightness I've had since resuming, but I think that other factors were involved in the knee pain (I haven't worn winter boots in decades, and was pretty much barefoot for three years before moving here a year ago). I haven't benched b/c I have no spotter in the work gym and I don't like the Rogue set-up there, I'll work it back in about a month from now when the garage warms up to about the freezing mark.

This is great news, I suppose. Maybe you should refresh our memories about the original post.
