Default 4 Day Texas Method - Where to include exercises?

    Hello....

After just over a year of novice workout to workout progression I'm about to make the move from novice LP to Texas Method. I've read up PPST3 but there are certain exercises I love doing and would really appropriate some advice on where I could fit them in. The exercises are...

    1, Incline press (normally dumbbells)
    2, Barbell and dumbbell rows
3, All different pull up variations

I want to do a 4 day split, and my main focus is getting numbers up, however some added size would be very welcome also.

If it matters, my stats are....

    Height: 5ft 7
    Body weight: 67KG
    Bench Press (1RM): 100KG
    Squat (1RM): 140KG
    Deadlift (1RM): 160KG
    OHP (1RM): 62.5KG

    Thanks for any advice!!

That's a great bench. Are you competing in the IPF meet this year? You've got a better bench than Leah, but she has you on total.

Thanks Rip! My bench was always a weak point for me but I worked hard and found out the hard way you can not rush the progression. I've never really thought about competing, never thought my numbers would be high enough.
I want to progress on with the Texas method to keep those numbers going up, and who knows, maybe one day I might compete.
Do you think including the exercises I listed above would fit into Texas method? Also, if you don't mind me asking, although I would like to do a 4 day split, I'm open to a 3 day split also if you felt that a better fit for my experience? I just want to keep those numbers going up 💪🏻

Any time a female lifter drives a bench press over 200 pounds, she's doing something right. And recovery is usually not a problem for most women who pay enough attention to protein intake, so add them and see what happens.

    Ok, I'll admit it.

I read this thread 3 times trying to figure this out.

    Very good.

Ok, I'll admit it. I've read this thread 3 times and still don't get it. Maybe my reading comprehension is lacking, but where did the OP mention their gender?

Well, the OP said 5'7" at 147 pounds of bodyweight, been on the program a year, with a 300 SQ and a 350 DL. What am I supposed to assume?
