    Mr Rip

Im on week 10 of Novice LP, love the program. Surprisingly my dead lifts are the first to get stuck @only365x4. Im thinking (but id rather leave the thinking up to you) that dead lifting once every other A workout and only doing 5 working reps is not allowing me to progress enough at this point. In other words, im not getting enough "practice" or volume to get better at the movement, since i dont have much experience with it to begin with.

My question is, can I add volume or frequency in my pulls at this point? I know the books say its easy to over use the dead lift so i dont want to add volume or frequency if its gonna overtrain me but i feel like i need more practice.

thanks Mr Rip, looking forward to Denver seminar

How much, and what, are you eating, and are you getting enough sleep? Most kids will say, “I’m eating about 2500 calories, taking a really jacked supp that has a lot of protein! Cause I’ve heard you can’t gain more than 3 pounds a month or it’s fat. Got to keep my razorabzz.”
    Classic.
