Elbow tendonitis?
Been doing SS for almost four months now. About a month ago these symptoms appeared. Big thigthness in the forearm muscles and pain on the outside of the elbow. It got to the point where opening a jar was really painful. Even pressing a deodorant spray can. Stopped for a week and a half. Rest, ice, some Voltaren, and things were good. Got back and after 3 sessions the discomfort is back. It doesn't bother me that much when training. But afterwards, the tightness is back. I've read that it might be elbow positioning during the squat or it might be grip overuse. It hurts the most when catching the bar down in the power clean. Any advice would be appreciated.
