    First off, no one wants to watch a minute of setup. And upside down. You should edit the video if you want people to watch it.

    The actual lifts aren't too bad. The weight looks to be very light for you, so you are able to over exaggerate each step in the process.

    I think CanadianBear was in Australia when he filmed this.

    But seriously, Chebass was right. Go up in weight, film it right and send that in. At a proper working weight we will be able to give much better advice.

    Super sorry for the video, I stupidly didnt check the video until after id posted it. I appreciate the input! This is the current weight im at in my progression but I just wanted to make sure they were clean before I went any heavier. Thanks again!
