    Squeeze your abs harder. I think you are staying in lumbar overextension at the bottom.

    Lock your knees. You are letting them go into flexion when you shove your hips forward.

    When you shove your hips forward: be far more aggressive. It should be as fast and explosive as you can make it.

    Shrug at the top. You do it sometimes, but not on every rep.
