I've been deadlifting sumo for a while now because I got stuck and frustrated with my conventional. I am back actively trying to improve my conventional form.

I am trying to squeeze my chest up and flatten my back so hard but when I go back and review the video, it looks like crap. Any suggestions? I feel like my hips are too high but that's where they end up after I push my shins into the bar.

Your hip height looks fine to me.

Agree with Carson ... Your anthropometry has you set up just the way you need to be. Hips are fine. You don't need to lean back so hard at the top and you need to try and get some extension in your back before you start the pull.

This. You actually set your back fairly well, but then it unlocks just a smidge as you initiate the pull. Rather than thinking "jerk the bar off the floor" think "squeeze the bar off the floor". That will help you maintain tightness as you pull.
