At start: Basically no weightlifting experience. Starting in January, hello New years resolution.
Squat 260 5x3 4/11 Started 125 1/6
Bench 152.5 5x3 4/11 Started 75 1/6
Press 110 4/6 5x3 Started 95 1/8
Deadlift 285 1x5 4/3 Did 290 twice since but only 1x4. i need to learn hook grip.... Started 175 1/6
