Dan finishes out an LP
Cycled on and off SS a couple times now. Previously got about to the stage where I couldn't take 5 lb jumps... then work, training for the PFT, being lazy, not able to take 5lb jumps or whatever excuse got in the way. Will fully exhaust the LP this time, and hopefully the accountability of posting on here will ensure my adherence haha. I also, don't have an excuse of "BJJ practice will get in the way of this" as I haven't been able to get on the mats because of work... silver lining?
My Squat is... low, compared to my other lifts, after I realized how bad the form was. Much too vertical a torso. I posted the squat and powerclean to the technique forums: Squat and Power Clean check... Thanks!!

Squats were ugly, posting vid in the same thread as last time. Deadlift looked OK, we will see what everyone says though. My microplates should come in soon!

Thanks! The feedback so far has been pretty helpful, I haven't posted a video in a couple workouts because I'm seeing the same problems. 1. Looking straight down 2. My knees aren't coming forward enough or correctly.
I'm 26 years old, 5'11", and about 185. Haven't weighed myself in a week.

So I just re read the novice section of PPST, and according to the examples, I could very well still be alternating DL with PC without pull-ups. I will follow that recommendation until I stall out, hopefully not for a few more weeks.

I should've trained yesterday, but I didn't. I went home and a cookie dough instead. But calories are a good thing, and so is recovery, right?

All in all felt really good, I am pretty happy with how all these lifts are going. Now if only I could get a few more comments on my squat video haha.
