    Hi everyone,

First time posting here. Would someone be nice enough to comment on my form ?

A little background : I'm 5'6", started my LP in january with a 95 lbs squat (at 145 lbs). The video below is from today with a 230 lbs squat (at 166 lbs). I expected to see some flaws but it definitely doesn't look as good as I hoped.

    Here's the video :

From what I can see :

    - Knees are going foward
    - Back is rounding on the way up

Anything else I missed ? How do I go fixing those things ?

For your back: Set your back tighter ("proud chest") and brace your abs hard and take a deep breath ("big air") and hold it through the duration of your squat.

Get your knees OUT and set earlier (by the first 1/2 of the movement) and sit back into the hole.

Thanks for the answer. Is that something that can usually be fixed without dropping some weight?

I just watched again to see how hard those looked for you and noticed your questionable depth. It's hard to tell because of all the black though. Go up next time and see how they go, record and post your last set here as well (wear shorts that aren't black if possible).
