So I'm starting a new log on here because after only a couple weeks I realized I had totally boned it out of the gate. Rather than keep wasting time I just decided to scrap my first three weeks and reset. Particularly I started way too high on my bench and had an EARLY stall out.

I'm putting more emphasis on taking my time with progression and trying to fix form problems. I have been working with some people, including SSC's on the facebook group and I will most likely post some form check videos here this weekend or early next week.

Spoke with Jordan on here about my diet, and he seems to think my macros are on a decent path, I've actually put on a little bit since my last update, so I will keep my plan steady and see where it goes. I'd like to add about 10-15 lbs at first... then as long as it's going well I will move on to the 20-30 he wants me to gain. Here are my specs from Friday and Monday, next workout is tonight, I'll update tomorrow.

Squat - 200 updated form check
    Bench - 195
    Deadlift - 250

Took a video of the bench press but it was wobbly as fuck looking. Didn't feel that way when I was benching. Maybe because I'm focusing on getting the leg drive down? Either way I may hold back the bench (I may have still reset it too high) and try 195 again and see if I still have the wobble.
