Accessories on the GGW program
Andy, really digging the GGW program I bought from you!
Quick question. I'm chinning in place of BB Rows on Wednesday. I'd like to add EZ curls and EZ LTE's...just enough to stimulate a little more mass in the arms. I'm thinking 2x12 for work sets to start in order to see how it feels.
Anyway, what days would you suggest to do these one? For example, sure if I should do Curls after Chins on Wednesday to keep the bicep stress on one day or if I should do them on Friday so that I get a bicep stimulus on another day of the week. For LTE's, I was thinking of doing those on Monday.

Triceps I would do on Friday so you get 2 days off before you do any more benching/pressing. LTE soreness on Monday may bleed over into Weds Press/Bench. Curls would make sense on Wednesday after you get done chinning. My elbows like a good warm up before I curl. Glad you like the program
