Assuming a young, novice trainee with skilled coaching, what's the worst size & strength progress you've seen under your program(s)? In your opinion, what factors (genetic, environmental, etc.) contributed to the lack of "normal" progress?

    Thanks.

I've seen weight loss, caused by not eating like I advise. There are no genetics so poor that a trainee will gain no weight eating and training correctly. There are only those who will not do the program, which includes correct diet.
