    Head down. You're hyper-extending your wrists. No rep made it to depth. Stop looking in the mirror.

    You could probably do with widening your stance a touch and *maybe* toes out a little more.

    Not a SSC but I think:

    Get your head and eyeballs looking down! And face away from the mirror.

    Break at your hips the same time as your knees, your doing knees first. Get your chest over.

    Shove knees out hard.

    You seem to be balanced on your toes, not sure how. Get the weight over your mid foot.

    Are those running shoes? They look squishy, get weightlifting shoes.

    Over extending, not hyper extending.

    Also, chest up, OP. And lose the gloves.
