    Took advice onboard from previous technique post. Here is 100kg at sub-5 RPE for reps and a hold.

    Keep your toes where they are and turn your heels in just a bit. You're lifting your head on some of the last reps which kills your hip drive. If you need to, use a tennis ball as outlined in SSBBT3. The weight is too light to spot errors that would crop up on heavy work sets.

    Just to make sure I was getting good depth and able to hold position.
