Here is my latest PR 295 1x5. The last time I had my deadlift checked I was pulling mid 200s. These feel and look pretty good to me. Any criticisms?

My previous PR of 290 I was getting a tiny bit of rounding in low back mid-pull so I focused even harder on holding back in position this time. I switched to hook grip at rep 3 'cause even at these weak weights my double overhand just starts to fall apart and it messes up my back position 'cause I think I'm going to lose it.

I know it would help if I got the camera a little further away and a little more behind me but I'm limited without completely rearranging my setup. Feel free to flog me for imperfect angle.

These look fine. Scared the dog though.

Switching grip midway screws with me too so I just run with hook the whole time.

Thanks Tom. I'm just hitting the groove with hook so I think I'll use it all the way through as well now.

My dog must think what strange creatures these humans are.
