If it was a true 5RM you probably won't be able to get it for 3x5 right away. Deload a few pounds and don't start too heavy. Will probably work fine although I like to bump volume up a little more than that on heavy day, even if it comes in the form of back offs, or adding a higher intensity set on the front end like a 1-3RM, then 3-4x5 back off.
