My guess is you don't have enough overall pulling volume in there to move the needle. Add some back off sets on Friday
Hey Andy, unfortunately my deadlift has stuck. I didn't complete the reps in any of the three weeks. This is what I am doing:
Tuesday
Squat 3 sets
SLDL 1 set
Pullup
Friday
L squat
Deads 1 set
Chin
Rows
SLDLs after squats are very hard, I was thinking about dropping the exercise and maybe move the rows there.

Ok, would you move the SLDLs after deadlift or keep the SLDLs in tuesday and pull lighter deads ad backoff?
