    Hi Andy,
    Thoroughly enjoying your new book. Outstanding in every way.
    Regarding conditioning, Barbell Prescription seems to recommend longer "work" periods (e.g. 1min+) and shorter rest periods (e.g. 1x or less of the work period) than what I've seen in Jordan's forum (short work periods e.g. 20 seconds and 5x that in rest).
    Assuming I haven't misunderstood, I'm interested in what drives the difference. FYI I'm probably an intermediate novice (male, age 48, 275 squat, 175 bench, etc. for 3x3). Thanks, Ali

    Don't stress about this. It doesn't have to be that precise. It depends on the apparatus you are using and how hard you want to push. I mix it up all the time.
