High bar squat form check
Link -> My Edited Video - YouTube
Weight -> 100kg
Bodyweight -> 110kg
Height -> 6ft 5.5
Age -> 20
Previous form check (45 rear angle) -> High bar form check. Since then, I narrowed my stance and went deeper.
I apologise for the shit angle. I wasn't in a position to get a 45 rear shot.
I also apologise for uploading more than one video as my technique (depth) varies from set to set.
On set 1, I realised that I was going too low and losing lumbar and thoracic extension so I cut my reps off a bit higher on sets 2 and 3. Reps 2 and 3 of set 3 were a good 0.5-1inch high imo.
Any thoughts/criticisms?
Thanks in advance
EDIT: I should add that these look (and felt) a lot harder than they should have been (considering my height, age and weight). I was hungover, got a lack of sleep, didnt eat much the day before etc. I forgot to think about certain cues which messed up certain aspects of the lift and made it far less efficient. 102.5kg on Friday should be a lot easier.
