    Default squat and deadlift form check

    squat feel fine, maybe i should lean over even more?

    dealifts feels alittle of, feel like i might be too much on my heels, and not using quads enough

    any form tips is appreciated!

    Deadlift looks fine from this angle. But we cant see a lot due to the angle of video.

    Squat: You are holding your knees back on the descent. You need to push them forward, so they end up over your toes by about 1/3-1/2 way down. You are also a tad high, but I think fixing your knees will fix the depth (b/c it will put you in better balance and able to get your hips down to the proper depth).

    In general, if you want more accurate feedback, read the sticky on form check filming and follow the suggestions.
