Transitioning from GGW to KSC Raw Powerlifting
Hi Andy,
Just finished my second run of ggw, and I wanted to start the ksc raw powerlifting program. Just tested maxes this week on ggw, should I do it again in the first week as explained in the raw powerlifting program? Or should I just go off of these ggw numbers?

No, don't do it two weeks in a row. If the numbers are a week old, they are still relevant for a % based program
