Default KSC powerbuilding - next session without a full day recovery?

    Andy,

I'm switching shifts at work (finally going from nights to days), and am trying to figure out my training starting next month.

It may work best for me to change back to 5 day KSCPB, but it would be most convenient if some of my sessions were at night and some in the afternoon. The first time I ran this program, with great success might I add, I did fairly minimal assistance (usually 2 per session after the barbell lift). Question is, do you see a problem long term if I were to train a session ending around 9-9:30pm, and then train my next session around 12-12:30pm the next day, on about a 15 hour turnaround?

Thank you, and thanks for your continued generosity around here!

Eat and sleep as much as you can and you'll be fine. This is a split routine so back to back sessions don't have much overlap with each other so you'll probably be fine. Try to arrange things so that you avoid having the Press workout fall directly behind the Deadlift workout if at all possible.
