Programming for my First Powerlifting Event?
I'm a 49-year-old male intermediate lifter. 5'9", 150 lbs. (I've got a small build, but I'm boosting my protein intake and increasing my weight somewhat, as I think I could be at a healthy 160 or so.)
I recently signed up for my first powerlifting event, which is in nine weeks Masters, 165 weight class). I think I have a decent sense of programming for strength - I've bought and read Starting Strength as well as The Barbell Prescription - but I've never programmed with a specific date and goal like this in mind.
I'm not looking for a detailed program here, but I was hoping those of you who have powerlifting experience and/or who have trained older powerlifters might be able to pass along some general advice in terms of program construction, including what sort of and around how much accessory work might be reasonable.

Might do something like this:
Mon - Squat Volume / Bench Volume
Weds - Light Squat / Press
Fri - Squat Int / Bench Int / DL Int / DL Volume
Basically Friday is mock meet. DL volume is just a single back off set of 5
