Up on 3-4 hours of sleep and on limited time to train. Did my squats with only 2-3 minutes of rest, weight moved easy but was pretty gassed after. Didn't have time for chin ups.

Jordan and Austin recently put out an 8 week program "The Bridge" for lifters coming off their LP. I didn't intend to be program hopping but I'm going to switch to that program next week

Meh, the last few deadlift sessions have been grinders and I definitely have not been eating enough these last 2 weeks so stalling on my deadlift wasn't too surprising. Now to eat all the food..

    starting strength coach development program
As mentioned last week, I'm switching to the program "The Bridge"
    Found here

    The Bridge
    2017-08-07, Week 1, Low Stress
    Squat w/ Belt
    305x5 @6
    320x5 @7
    330x5 @8

    Close-Grip Bench
    185x4 @7
    190x4 @8
    195x4 @9

    Block Pulls, Mid-Shin
    295x4

So the pins on the rack at my gym don't go low enough for rack pulls and they don't have blocks. I thought I'd try stacking some plates for block pulls, however due to the grooves on on the plates the bar would roll out of place at the bottom of each rep and I'd have to do a full reset each rep while making sure the bar is placed on a spot where it doesn't roll. I worked up to 295 and just got too frustrated. Will do pause deadlifts at mid-shin next week.
