    Hello,
    Im a Novice i havnt ever trained with a BB except squats and curls.Ive always used DB,the DB i used only went up to 90lbs.For legs i would use a VLP and i had a Lat Tower/Seatd Row Machine.A bench of course.So i started SL and quickly ditched that after discovering SS and Mark Rippetoe.Its gonna take me awhile to get me back to where i wanna be,but im in it for the longhaul.I basically did hvy weights and low rep workouts(Max OTish5).im not a BdyBldr and dont really care to be,hence i was lucky to have found SS.
    My goals are to get to a workset of 315 lbs for Squat,225 Bench,365 DL,150 OHP,and to learn the Power Clean.Also to be able to do Chin Ups again.Right now im going to start to do negatives to help me out.These goals are modest and a starting point,as of now im at Squat 210,Bench 175,DL 250,OHP 100.Ineed work on my nutrition,theres plenty of help here,but i dont get the sleep i need due to work,i work 60 to 70 hrs a week.I got rid of all my equiptment bought a Rouge Ohio Bar,Power Rack,and 255 lbs of Iron plates(gonna need more soon)some weightlifting shoes and a belt(Ader).So here i go

    sorry havent posted due to work,70 hr week.
    51 yo M,265,plan to get bk to 210-15

    latest progress 09.03.17
    SQUAT-230X5X3
    OHP-120X5X3
    DL-270X5X3(2x a week.1x PEND.ROW)I had to cut bk due to my sched.
    BP-190X5X3

    Assistance-
    BBC-75X8X3
    BB P.SHRUGS-150X8X3

    All lifts + 5lbs per session, except P.ROW +10lbs for now

    i had to deload 1x due to a rib injury,but was fine next W.O.,so i left it at a 10% deload 'cause i jacked up both my shoulders at work,but lifting has made both better,as opposed to not lifting.

    How tall are you. DL is 5 x 1.

    Had to tk a week off due to work injury,pulled groin.So I deloaded just to be safe.
    Workin my way back up.

    Im going for an interview tomm for a job with more reasonable hours,then things should really kick into high gear with the proper rest and nutrition.
