KSC Powerbuilding main lift subs
Hi, Andy, for your Powerbuilding program are the following exercises good substitute to rotate on main lift e.g
Bench; Incline Press, Rack Bench
Deadlift, Deficit Deadlift, SLDL
Or for you recommend different ones?

Incline yes. Rack Bench, yes, but not every week. Every other week at most on those. They'll tear up your shoulders if you abuse the frequency. Deficits and SLDL both good subs

What would be another Bench Varation that could be run for 3 cycles? Floor press?

You could, I just don't know why you'd want to. My preference for the Bench Day is to either Bench or Incline as your first movement. Sometimes I drop other stuff in there (like Rack Presses on the 2s week) but I don't do partial movements for an entire cycle.
