GGW - Week 12 Question
Andy,
I noticed on week 12 of GGW it doesn't include any pulling, why is that?
Also, after running week 13 (new 1RM testing) you suggest taking a 1-2 week of easy/light training before running another cycle. Would another week of the deload setsXrepsXpercentages + adding a third day be ok?

Many lifters prefer to omit the Deadlift in the week prior to a meet / testing. You are trying to recover and the most stressful lift is the Deadlift. Moderate squats will hold you over for a week leading into your testing without allowing you to detrain. If you want, pull a set of lighter deadlifts in week 12, but nothing heavy.
