Been on sslp for two months now, and I am progressing ok I think, but I just started subbing chins for deadlift every other session. I get pretty gassed after squats, press and deadlift in one session, and I was going to try incorporating a light day for squats on Tuesday. I lift tues, thurs, sun. do you think I should drop to around 80% of sundays squat weight and if so, at what volume? or should I keep the weight and drop volume? recommendations would be appreciated. thank you for your time.
