Began Starting Strength Liniar progression a few weeks ago, following just under a year of messing about on various bodybuilding style split routines that if I'm honest just aren't what I wanted to do. I have realised that Strength training is where I want to progress and after recently reading Starting Strength I have started my journey to getting STRONG!!

Numbers currently as follows:

Body weight 80kg

Squat 80kg
Press 32.5kg
Deadlift 90kg
Bench 52.5kg

I think I need to make some bigger jumps on the squat and deadlift as I find these relatively easy at the minute and could definitely push myself more.

Also need to work on a few points on my squat:

Upping my bar weight.
My low bar position is too low currently.
Need to work on my set up and staying tight throughout the squat.
Need to lock my knee position much earlier than I currently am.
I'm too upright on my squat.
Need to lean forward more but keep my chest up and drop my butt more as I'm going way too far forward with my knees currently.
