A garbage day. Went to the gym feeling worn out. Numbers prove it.
Squat: 220x5x3 (felt pretty good about this one)
Press: 117.5x5x2; 117.5x3x1 (couldn't eke out the last 2, which bummed me)
DL: 305x3x1; 310x1x1 (again, just demoralizing)
Anyway, onward...
