I play basketball for North Carolina Central University and this is my training log.

    Saturday 11/4/2017
    Bodyweight ~ 196
Workout Time: 1 hour 12 minutes

    Front Squat: 135x5, 185x5, 205x5
    Bench Press: 135x5, 185x5, 205x2sets of 5, 185x5, 135x5
    Deadlift (all double overhand): 135x5, 225x3, 315x1, 365x5
DB Rows, Curls, LTE, Chinups: 3 rounds of 6 reps with no rest between movements

Summary: Day 1 of being back in the gym after the off-season running program. Our team currently doesn't lift weights (not kidding) so I have complete autonomy of my training. I will be focused on frequency and consistency over the next month. Goal for this day is to build to a 5x5 for sets across on bench, while increasing the weight on Front Squats and Deadlifts weekly.
