I am new and this is where I am at:
Cis-male, 17, 175lbs, 5'1''
Squat 120 lbs
Press 55 lbs (still learning the form, and need the microplates)
Bench 80 lbs
Dead 220 lbs
Cleans - just started two workouts ago, at 52 lbs
I will add information over time.
Am I doing okay?

If you live within 100 miles of a certified SS coach go see that coach. If not then contract for online coaching. This may keep your so far very good progress going and may well keep you from injury.
