Welcome. I always admire anyone who can readily converse in a second language. I wish I could.
Do you have the books? I recommend contact with a certified SS coach. Perhaps you can make some arrangement online.

    Hi,
are there no other languages teached in american schools?

Yes, i have „the book“. I own it since 9 to 10 months and practiced the movements back then, but I never really did the program.

Language lessons are not given in every school but many do offer other languages. I took French in secondary (high) school but did not do well. I did take reading lessons in Greek for a couple of years while in college. I studied Latin and German while in Graduate School. Unfortunately, I did not do well in any of them.

I gather that you are doing the program now. You will become much stronger and you will gain weight.

First week of the program is over. Everything went fine, but I had no increase in bodywheigt.
I will go from 3.000 to 3.200 kcal/day and observe for another 1 or 2 weeks.

The lifts went up and I will start next year as follows:

    Squat 220 lbs (100 kg)
    Bench 154 lbs (70 kg)
    Press 94 lbs (42,5 kg)
    Deadlift 270 lbs (122,5)

    „Guten Rutsch!“

Did the failed Deadlift from last week again and had better Form.
All the other lifts went up top. But the press feels a little heavy. I guess I got to make smaller jumps, so I will buy some „micro plates“.

    This week starts as follows:

    Bodyweight: 163 lbs (74 kg)

    Squat: 259 lbs (117,5 kg)
    Bench: 171 lbs (77,5 kg)
    Press: 112 lbs (51 kg)
    Deadlift: 287 lbs (130 kg)

The press seems difficult for most of us. Some people lift enormous weights but for most of us progress is slow. Have you posted any videos of your lifts? That can be helpful.

    Hi Carson,
The correct timing with the hips is a Problem in the Press. I haven‘t upload videos, yet. Maybe I should.

I ordered micro-plates yesterday. So from now on I can do 1 kg (2,2 lbs) jumps instead of 2,5 kg jumps.
