I can finally run SS!
I finally have access to an actual weight room with squat racks and iron plates galore on a regular basis. So, I'm running Starting Strength. Today was my first workout. I determined starting weights by using sets of 5.

135 x 3 x 5
Deadlift
135 x 5
185 x 3
255 x 5
A lot weaker than a few weeks ago. Time to get to work.
