    Strict Press
92.5kgx0 Literally moved like an inch lol.
    80kg 3x3
    Squat
    150kg 3x5
    Chinups
    3x5

Current bodyweight= 99kg weighed in the gym after workout.

Strict Press Will now be done for 3x3. Squat still has quite a way to go but I'm getting there. Should take 5 weeks including this week to beat my previous 3x5 PR including this week if everything goes to plan.

Bench Press felt horrible. Same problem as last time although I'm pleased at the performance compared to last time. I'm going to take the weight down by 10kg to improve my technique.

I do a somewhat "lenient" press but what is a "strict" press.

Each rep is done from a dead stop and there is no assistance from the hips or legs to lift the weight. I realize that SS has moved on to the point where having a double layback and using your hips is common now but I don't find that version of the press very satisfying.

Strict press still felt really hard so I'm going to drop the weight to 77.5kg.

100kg was the weight for BP that ended up being reasonable after the warm up.

    Underhand Lat Pulldown

Changed my mind about going down in sets for the upper body lifts. Will just go to what ever weight I can for 5x3 then move onto intermediate programming.
