    Male, 26 years old, 6'2", 86kg

    27 02 18 SSLP 1

    Squat
    20x5, 40x3, 50x1, 55x1
    60x5,5,5 (2 min rests)

    Press
    20x5, 30x3
    35 x 5,5,5 (2 min rests)

    DL
    60x3
    70x5

Accidentally did deficit DL since I used the bench press plates which don't get quite as big in my gym.

Welcome. May you find successful ways of getting around the oddball plates. If you keep up with the plan you gain strength and body weight.

    Thanks Carson.

After a lot of reading and listening I've decided the SSLP (or as close to it as my gym allows) is the way I want to lift for the foreseeable future. My only goal right now is to try and be consistent.

Well a storm hitting northern UK rudely interrupted my training the very next day after my last log. Followed by travelling for work last week did some exercise in the house (Push Ups/DB Squats) but I feel like I just got tired not stronger.

I did SSLP in a commercial gym (FYI it is a Nuffield, as I note you are in the UK). Two to three months and I finished LP and moved on. Still training in a commercial gym with bosuball pushups with other silly bullshit around me. The hardest bit is keeping your head down and ignoring the silly bullshit being performed and supposedly taught by personal trainers. My wife also trains in a Nuffield with the same bullshit.

Yeah since its quite local I often see friends there too who want to Workout together and can't understand me turning down a lunge-off across the gym, who can Leg Press 100 reps fastest competition etc. Which do sound fun but while I'm at this stage I'm sticking to the main lifts only to stay away from DOMs.

Had little to no time yesterday so managed to fit this in in about 10-15 mins tops

    Fri 23 03 18

    Squat
    20x5, 60x1
    60x5,5,5 (1 min rests)

    DL
    No warmup
    80x5

Since I had no time for upper body I'll do Press and Bench together today or tomorrow!
