Looking for feedback on my power clean
Hi Coach,
I've been working on my power clean recently and I am looking for some feedback. I've watched your Starting Strength videos on the power clean (and many more), and read your book.
This is me doing a set of three with 40 kg:

As you can see, I struggle to rack the bar. Lifting the weight explosively off the floor is not the problem, nor is my shoulder mobility. My elbows are just to slow; I catch the bar in my hands first and then I lift my elbows. How do I rack the bar quickly?
Also I sometimes lose my balance at the top.
